Shipping policy

Shipping Carrier & Pricing Information:

We use flat-rate shipping, which means the cost for shipping remains the same, regardless of the amount or type of products being purchased (some exclusions may apply for large and/or custom orders).

Shipments are sent using USPS or UPS/FedEx as an alternative for some locations. Shipping costs are determined by material costs. We currently only offer flat shipping rates - please see below for expected processing and arrival timeframes.

Shipping Availability:

Currently, we are only able to ship to the United States and Canada. Custom quotes can be provided for purchases outside the US by contacting us at info@ascendlearningcenter.com.

Expected Arrival Time:

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the contiguous United States is 3-5 days, and 7-10 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited-time offers, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Additional Information:

Ascend Learning and Educational Consulting is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Flat shipping rates are for personal use only and do not extend to business, school, or commercial purchases. We can provide shipping costs as part of a custom quote.
