Student workbooks and instructor manuals follow the scope and sequence of the Delivering SMARTER Intervention (DSI) program.

While they can be used on their own, they are best used with the complete DSI system of training, coaching, and other cohesive materials that are provided with every lesson.

We use flat rate shipping based on order size, which means the cost for shipping is tiered based on the value and weight of our order.

Shipping costs are added at checkout. Some exclusions may apply for large and/or custom orders.

Usually, orders take 1-3 business days for processing and once shipped, materials typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Weather and other circumstances can delay shipments.

Physical Materials

We have a 30-day return policy for damaged products only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement for products damaged in transit. In all other cases, printed products are non-refundable.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of electronic delivery, digital products are non-refundable. These products may not be distributed or shared.
