How can my school place an order?

We accept purchase orders and can provide custom quotes for your school.

Where do you ship?

We are currently shipping to:

  • The United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) 
  • Canada 
  • United States Military APO addresses

We do not currently ship overseas (unless the address is a Military APO as stated above). If you would like to place an overseas order, please contact us at info@ascendlearningcenter.com to discuss options.

What are your shipping rates?

We use flat rate shipping, which means the cost for shipping remains the same, regardless of the amount or type of products being purchased. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

Some exclusions may apply for large and/or custom orders.

How long does it take to ship?

Items take 2-4 business days for processing and once shipped, materials typically arrive within 5-7 business days

What is your return policy?

All physical products are non-refundable since they are print-to-order. We have a 30-day return policy for damaged products only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement for products damaged in transit.

Where can I find student workbooks and instructor manuals?

Delivering SMARTER Intervention (DSI) student workbooks, instructor manuals, and other member-exclusive products are available through the member-only shop. If you're a member, you can access the member-only shop by logging into DSI and clicking the link in SMARTER Intervention program page.
